You can place an order in the following ways:

  • Paypal: select the size required against the colour, then click on the "add to basket" button. Log in and pay.
  • Credit card payment: On-line payments are administered by Paypal, but you do not have to be registered with PayPal to pay on-line. Payment can be made via the "Add to basket" and "View Cart" buttons on our web pages. A secure page will appear and you will need to log-in (or if you do not already have a Paypal account, simply enter your card details) and follow the instructions. An email will be sent to you to confirm payment.

  • Post: click on the "Order by Post" button below, print off the order form and complete and post it to us with a cheque for payment (UK customers only).

  • By phone on 01403 257442 please have your credit/debit card to hand.

Reservations: If you want to reserve a garment before sending payment, please email us with the product number, product description and quantity and we will confirm if it is in stock and, if you wish, reserve it for you for seven days pending payment.

Postage: All UK orders up to £15.00 the postage charge is £2. Orders over £15 carry a fixed fee of £3.50 per order to cover packing and postage.

Overseas orders will be charged actual postage costs. Any additional cost for posting overseas will be requested by means of Paypal invoice. Failure to pay the additional postage charge within 48 hours of receiving the invoice will result in a full refund of original payment.

Delivery: Orders are dispatched within 48 hours except those placed on Saturdays and Sundays, where orders will be dispatched on the following Monday. Orders made within the UK are sent first class. Feedback from our customers shows that orders are received next day.

There may be occasions when for some reason we are unable to process your order within the above timescales. If this occurs we will inform you by email or phone depending on how you contacted us originally.

Returns:. If you are not satisfied with your product, return it in like new condition at your cost within 30 days and at your choice we will provide a full refund of the product's price or apply it to another purchase.

Overseas customers: Overseas orders will be sent Royal Mail Airmail unless an additional premium has been paid for International signed for Services. Depending on where you live, import duty and/or purchase taxes may be levied on your purchase by your own customs authorities. Customers are responsible to pay such duty/taxes.

Complaints If for any reason we or our goods have not met your expectations, please email us as the earliest opportunity, providing full details. Each case will be considered on its merits and depending on the circumstances and where applicable a replacement item will be sent or a full refund given.

Collections can be made at Spellcast, Park Place, Horsham, Sussex. RH12 between 9.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Saturday. Please email us with your requirements beforehand.
